Craft- PB jars

I have made Peanut Butter Jars into schooling supply jars.

I paint or marker “Pens” or “Pencils” on the side of the jars, and then you have perfect-sized pen and pencil jars for schooling.

I have made them for my sister in law for her kids. She home-schools and they are handy for organizing.

Losing Mass Week Three Done.

So this week was okay, but I had some higher calorie meals this week that made me only lose 0.4oz’s. Over all I have lost 10.6lbs. That is from when I started back in June… not the 9th. I will say that I started at 212lbs. Now I am 201.4lbs. Yay.

I will make sure to watch my meals this week so I can lose maybe 2 more pounds this week. I would love to be under 200lbs on Sunday.

Good luck to me!

War Room

Last week was tough. Being gone all day made me wonder what I will do when I get a job. I do my devotions in the afternoon, and that will not work come then.

My sister and I were able to spend time together in the War Room every night before bed. It helped us calm down from the day, and prepare for the next. We never went to battle without our “Armor.”

We do thank God for the strength He gave us last week!

Losing Mass Week 2 Done.

Yay!

I have lost 6lbs in two weeks! I am proud at how I have stuck with the exercises that my sister gives me. It seems to be working.

Don’t get me wrong, it has been tough. Ignoring desserts, exercising three times a day, drinking enough water, and taking my special drink before I sleep.

I am surprised that I still lost three pounds last week with not being home, being a girl, and just being stressed with taking care of three kids. I worked hard and got results and I am happy!

The weight I have lost is a good motivator. I plan on keeping it up in keeping it going down! 🙂

Babysitting Day- done

Wow!

I thought I would have time to update all week, but that ended up to not be true.

Babysitting went well.

Wednesday night my sister and I ended up cracking, but I think that helped us finish pretty strong.

We were able to do the everyday Patch the pirate, and they listened well for being an everyday thing. It helped that we made it a mini VBS. If they listened they would get the questions right… and if they got enough points they got a prize. The better they were the more points they got.

My sister and I were trying to teach them that listening and obeying has rewards.

We are happy at how it turned out!

Losing Mass

I call it losing mass, not losing weight.

I have put my sister in charge of training me. She tells me how much I can it. decides what exercises I am doing and for how long.

I signed so she has this power until December 31st at 11:59pm. I hope to be able to lose 60lbs by then. (I hope to at least be close.)

I know must do my hour walk… yippee!

Wish me luck!

Update as I lose mass.

War-Room update

War Room is going well. Happy to say that we have stuck with it. It is hard, yet it becomes less hard as time goes by. I may groan a little when I go into our closet, but the moment prayer starts, that goes away.

Prayer is a powerful thing.

I had to eat humble pie a few days in. I had some bitterness in my heart and I needed to forgive someone. This person had no idea I had these thoughts. I emailed, since we barley see each other. Apologized for how I had had a grudge for way too long. Even though I had a major piece of Humble Pie… It felt good to “get right”.

Babysitting adventure Day-1

So today my sister and I started our babysit adventure.

We are taking care of the kids while their parents are on vacation. We will be having good amounts of fun!

Each afternoon the kids will sit down and listen to a Patch the Pirate. We will then ask them questions about the Patch Track, and then do a craft that has to do with the lesson.

We also have other crafts for extra fun!

My sister and I will be trying our hardest to stay their Aunts and not Parents. Meaning not soooo demanding, yet responsible.

I will keep you updated
