Sort of a craft

Recently, my sister and I have become obsessed with putting bible verses all over our bedroom walls.

I use Microsoft word and make them pretty like this:

I use word art, and different fonts and make them look nice. Then I print them out on card stock, and we hang them up.

Our room is getting full. We both can’t wait until we both have our own houses that we can put verses in every room.

Revival

This week at my church we have been having revival. Pastor Tom Farrell is the speaker.

I am joyous to say that last night I finally made the decision to fully surrender to the Lord Almighty! I have been thinking about it for the past year, but last night I made the decision.

I have to say I wondered what I would be like. Would I feel different? Would I act different? Would I be willing to give up some things?

The Answer… Yes to all. It is a wonderful feeling. It makes me want to act differently. And willing, yes, easy, no. However, I will be examining my life to see what needs to be “cleaned.”

I want to be a Romans 12:1-2 Christian.

Jeremiah Week 14

Jeremiah 14:14, 22

“Then the LORD said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart.

Are there any among the vanities of the Gentiles that can cause rain? or can the heavens give showers? art not thou he, O LORD our God? therefore we will wait upon thee: for thou hast made all these things.”

Dreaming 2

Well, my dream happened a few nights ago, but I am still thinking about it.

It really hurt to be pulled from Moms arms. I woke up almost in tears. I didn’t want this to be reality. Even though my dream world wasn’t nice… it had Mom.

It still hurts thinking and remembering the dream.

I miss you Mom, but I know one day I will see you again.

Dreaming

Last night I was dreaming, and at first it was not a nice one.

But then it changed, and very quickly.

I was at church, and the moment I saw Papa, my hurts were gone. I hugged him, and then I saw Mom! (In the dream she had been fighting cancer and had to be away from us for years.) I ran and hugged her tight… but then my alarm went off and I had to wake up. Sadness…

Dreams are mean sometimes.

I miss Papa and Mom so much. It hurts when they are with you in a dream and you have to let them go, wake up and have them gone.
