10/24/2017- Two Years

Today it has been two years since I started to fight Depression.

I thank God for all He has taught me, and brought me through.

I may not be the same person I was two years ago, but I think that is a good thing. My relationship with God is, well a relationship not just a “yeah He’s there”.

Do I still have “moth” attacks… Yes. But I can get through them well. (I call them moths, not butterflies, since it’s a bad feeling.)

I do not know that is in store for the next year, but I know with God’s help I can do anything.

 

Philippians 4:13,”I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”

Another song that I have enjoyed. With God, I have no need to fear. And fear is strong in my life. I am still learning.

 

Looking back

Tonight I wrote in my Diary, and I was looking back at all I have been through…

I began to cry, not because I was sad, but because of the Mercy of God.

God has been so good to me.

You say, “But what about all you have been through? Depression, the loss of your Papa, etc?”

Yes I have been through those things, yet God is good.

God makes no mistakes. He is all-knowing, almighty God! I thank God for what I have been through, for if I hadn’t gone through those things… I wouldn’t be as close to Him today as I am.

Do I miss my Papa? Yes. I miss him everyday. But I know one day I will be with him, my mom, and my Savior! Papa is not sick and Mom is not sick. They are living the joys of Heaven.

I thank God for the tears, joys, laughs, sorrows, ups, and downs of my life.

Here is a Verse I memorized this week.

Psalms 18:32 “It is God that girdeth me with Strength, and maketh my way Perfect.”

Losing Mass-Sept

Yeah… Didn’t go well.

This month has brought things we had to work around. Every time we figured out what I should do something came up that would disrupt that.

I am still at 200lbs though, so good there. I didn’t gain, but I didn’t lose.

I will do better in October. I have another idea. I am writing motivation on my hand to keep me from eating things I shouldn’t. Write where I grab things.

 

Now that it is cooler, I can go on walks multiple times a day. Do yoga, and do Cardio in the Garage.
