Jeremiah 9:23-24,”Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches:
But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD”

Speaks for its self. But to comment on it.

God is truly Good! He is Good and Strong. Not evil and strong or good and weak… He is Always Good and Strong!

Let us Glory in the Lord God Almighty who made us! He is a good Father, our Father!

Jeremiah 8:7, “Yea, the stork in the heaven knoweth her appointed times; and the turtle and the crane and the swallow observe the time of their coming; but my people know not the judgment of the LORD.”

Animals are smarter than us. They “observe the time of their coming” and we do not. We would be wise to look to the animals for the know their creator! They do not worry about tomorrow says Matthew 6:26, “Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?”

Think on these things

Jeremiah 7:23, “But this thing commanded I them, saying, Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be my people: and walk ye in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well unto you.”

To catch you up I started reading one chapter of Jeremiah every week starting January 1st. That is where I read for example Chapter 1 everyday for one week, the next week chapter two and so on.

While reading I look for one or two verses to put on Facebook (and now here) that have popped out at me. Now on Facebook I just put the verse and nothing more. On here I will try to put a little something with it.

Here are the past six weeks verses:

Jeremiah 1:19, “And they shall fight against thee; but they shall not prevail against thee; for I am with thee, saith the LORD, to deliver thee.”

Jeremiah 2:32, “Can a maid forget her ornaments, or a bride her attire? yet my people have forgotten me days without number.”

Jeremiah 3:12, “Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith the LORD; and I will not cause mine anger to fall upon you: for I am merciful, saith the LORD, and I will not keep anger for ever.”

Jeremiah 4:22, “For my people is foolish, they have not known me; they are sottish children, and they have none understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge.”

Jeremiah 5:22, “Fear ye not me? saith the LORD: will ye not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it?”

Jeremiah 6:16, “Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.”

I will put the new one on each Sunday.

So today after listening to lysa terkeurst “When a woman say yes to God” I looked for more books.

See I like in the hand Real books, so I checked where I could buy them. (On Amazon)

I then checked YouTube for stuff. She is amazing, and thinks a lot how I think.

So I recommend looking her up.
